5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearance processes, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our return and refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable or personal care items cannot be returned.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable processing window.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Talagang, Punjab, Pakistan.
